There are two purchase order formats available that will show the sales information on the purchase order - Custom Format 2 and Custom Format 3.  Custom Format 2 will print out a detailed form specification PO, while Format 3 will print a stock purchase order (or purchase order that will print several items on the same page).  To choose the format you want, you must select the format type.  Also you should make sure that Preprinted Form is set to “No”.
